The Magnetic Recording Conference (TMRC) is an annual conference of the IEEE Magnetics Society. This year TMRC 2025 will be held at Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan from 28th-30th July, 2025.
12/5/2025: Student Travel Support
TMRC 2025 will offer travel support of up to $500 per student to a limited number of students who wish to attend the conference. To be eligible for travel support the student must present a talk or poster at the conference. Support is for current students only; postdocs or non-students are not eligible. To apply for travel support the student’s supervisor should complete this application form.
4/4/2025: Call for Poster Presentations
If you would like to present a poster at TMRC 2025 please submit a poster digest using this link before 23rd May. Please use the digest template here. Student presentations are eligible for consideration for the Neil Smith award (see here for details).
